Puppy love story

A lot of people have been dreaming of having a really cute puppy or any other types of pet and naively think that life will become a lot more interesting with a pet. However, i am not claiming that raising pet is very stupid but i would said that its a really huge responsibility. 

If you have been follow my instagram, you probably knew that i have a really cute poodle and its name is TERRY!! Terry is a birthday gift for my sister, we have it for like.. 2 or 3 years ago.. My sister insist that she will do all the "babysitting" role and stuff.. but still ended up doing by me or mum most of the time.. 

So this is the picture him when he is still a little baby.. (i prefer to use the word he instead of it) So adorable, cute, fluffy, small, innocent and furry!! It looks exactly like a teddy bear that's why we call him TERRY which inspired from TEDDY.. 

So all along we having really good times with Terry.. he is being so alert and quaint.. Everybody love him! But as time passed, he grow, and this is where the night mare began if you didn't toilet train your puppy (especially for male puppy).. Basically he will pee everywhere, your bed, your couch, any corner, besides a dustbin and list go on..... 

Training a puppy is totally not an easy task because it required a lot of time, patient, and sometime you just have to be really cruel and mean. Which means if he did anything wrong you have to hit or beat him and you need him to actually feel the pain.. According to one of pet groomer, if the pet didn't feel the pain, he will knew that you were so kind and the next time he won't be afraid of you anymore.. But my family and me personally couldn't do this to TERRY because... we thought that its just so cold blooded...

That's the thing that causes most of the people to take the wrong step of raising the pet.

When we were having dinner, Terry will jump up to the seats and staring at us showing the face that "give me some~~" and if we refuse, he will then sit like how a human does to "seduce" us. So when the pet tried human foods, he will then rebuff all the dog food..

Another night mare arise, we have to cooked twice every single day..buy the meat (chicken or pork) with some vegetables and rice.. Sometimes we steamed, sometimes we fried, or even porridge.. Its really time consuming and sarcasm where we don't even cook for our self that often.. 

So when you are thinking this family is working so hard for him... how good if i can be the dog.. NO!! 

Dog can't eat too much of rice for certain reason and when we cooked, we tend to put in a little but  of seasoning like salt or soy sauce to make it more delicious.. Another reason is Terry don't want to eat without any seasoning.. Then he "fast" for 2 days and eventually he vomit.. Still he don't want to take the food... So we got no choice.. 

But what we doing is actually try to murder him... T.T

After sometimes, he is really itchy all over his body and keep on biting himself.. So we bring him to the pet groomer shop and the ladies said Terry had sensitive skin already due to several reason. Undeniably the main reason is from food. 

Besides that, the long fur is all tie up especially at the butt there and when he feels uncomfortable he will go and bite and lick it there cause all those gems and what not.. I do spend some time everyday to help him to comb his fur but at the butt there he don't let people to touch it.. So when i try to help him, ended up being bitten seriously from him.. So all of us scare and leave it like this.. As time passed, problem occur.. 

Its a huge responsibility in raising a pet.. There is a list to make it looks simple.

i) Clean environment. Make sure the floor is clean always because they lie down or sleep at the floor most of the time.

ii) Shower at least twice or once a week. 

iii) Grooming at least twice a week to make sure the fingernail and many things are neat.

iv) Make sure the toilet or where they pee is always clean and change the newspaper often. 

v) Make sure they stay healthy.

vi)Clean the ears PROBABLY everyday.

vii)Remove the gum at the eyes everyday.

Important notes:

Shower with puppy required skill. You can't let water goes into their ear, eyes and nose. And when you done shower, you have to make sure you know how to clean the ear and eyes probably. Especially for the ear, you have to stuck your finger really deep into the ear because dogs have L-shape ear. So if you failed to do so, infection happened. 

You can bring your pet to all those pet saloon for shower but it doesn't means that it is the best way for them. According to my own experience, Terry actually infected by flea once because the pet shop have to deal with so many dogs everyday and you can't ensure that every dog are all clean and healthy.. 

There are also people that cooked salmon and broccoli for her pet and the pet has really shine and healthy fur. But don't you think its really pricey? Unless you are really rich and free, you can follow this way. But general speaking, avoid giving them human food including bread as well is the best way to keep them healthy. 

So this is the consequence now for my poor terry..

The groomer suggest us to keep the fur short for a while first. Terry has to eat dog food. Even if we insist of cooking only can steamed meat and vegetables, no fried no oil no seasoning at all.. 

When we bring Terry out or something, usually there will be a lot of people praising he is really cute and adorable but now they were like.. What happened?? Eiu... or showing off the scared face what so ever..

I am sure that Terry knew it.. Cause even me and my mum can't really accept it for the first sight.. but we have to.. But he is still cute as always.. 

Don't always look at the bright side of having a pet. Think twice before having a Life with you.. Make sure it can integrate with your family and please double confirm that you have that ability (Patient, Love & Time) to take good care of it.. 

Your pet has no one besides you, so treat them well and make sure you don't give up or abandon them besides the road!! That's is totally unethical!! 

Kind and Nice

Months ago, ABB has told us about a story of being "kind and nice" can actually change your whole life. Unfortunately i couldn't recall the story neither my friends.. That's why i didn't blog anything about it but the phrase "being kind and nice" is keep on linger in my mind..

Today i can finally blog about it and i guess i totally get what is it really mean. When i first heard, i knew it is right but i couldn't feel how it will actually affect my life. But it actually does. 

Days ago i went to the admin center and ask some information regarding study abroad. So when i wanted to ask an Indian guy which i have met him before, he pass me to another person who usually deal with all this kind of matter.

So i asked is it possible for me to go to state if i were considering study abroad. The reason i ask is because the whole course that i am taking is UK based.

: "no, i don't encourage you to do so especially its for final year." (she answered) Because the system is  totally different and the subject might be different as well. 

: "aww.. ok.. what about Canada?"

: " Canada is running the same system based with US. So we wouldn't recommend you to do so"

: " But University of the Fraser Valley is one of the list in the partnership with APU, so i thought..."

: " Yes it is, but we don't recommend" 

: "alright.. thanks"

After that i wanted to ask about the PTPTN ((National Higher Education Fund Corporation) (t is responsible for giving study loans to students pursuing tertiary education in Malaysia) stuff and she pass me to another person. And the Indian guy were there as well. Anyway, the answer i got from the PTPTN guy is i have to call the office or visit them personally for more information. 

"alright.. thanks" (from me)

Then i was about to leave and the Indian guy follow me. He ask what the ladies told me just now? i said it is kinda impossible for me to abroad to the states and what not... 

Then he was just kind and nice enough to encourage me to find out myself. He suggest me that i can actually send email to the university that i looking for and work it out.. And he even explain to me that he doesn't mean to pass me to another person is just that the ladies is more familiar with these stuff. 

So the thing is, he is just an admin which he can totally ignore me and watch me left but why would he so concern on the result i got from others? I told him that going to States is my first choice and even though the whole office were kind a shot me down but he is the only one to ask me to try on myself and work things out.

If wasn't him, i would probably had a really really bad day.. but now at least he give me some hope.. i am being so grateful for his advice.. this is not the first time in fact.. i really appreciate it a lot even though we only met for less than 4 times?

Being nice to people can change their day.. And when you see people got your encouragement and being alive or hold faith again will make yourself happy either.. So don't be hesitate of being helpful, kind and nice..

You might ask... so how it actually affect your life? Is by treating others nice and kind as well. You will not only get happiness from others treating you nice but you will also feel the world is better when you treat others nice as well.

You might said i overdraw the picture but try it out!! Just start from little things like said Hi to the cashier or someone you really hate before.. Miracle will happen!! "ok.. a little exaggerated"

Being nice will lead you to a greater personal success!

Getting into a college or university nowadays is not as hard as the past generation. But how many of you actually know what you want to achieve or what's your dream and it leads you to  a specific course that you are taking currently? 

Campus life

For some other cases, people might have dream at the beginning but as time passed, he or she become less motivated and starts to lost the way or vision. A very good example is when you are graduated from high school and looking for a university or college, by that time when you look at the course brochure everything seems to be so interesting, excited, campus life is so breathtaking or what so ever. But when you actually settle down and get what you want, everything seems to be so normal to you and you have lost the appreciation and the emotion. 

you are probably this excited when you got into college or university.

Also there are also people who doesn't have dream or target at the beginning and the reason they are here in college is just because of the sick of study and get a degree or its just an order from family which claimed that you must at least got a degree in order to find a job. 

Of course there are a lot more reason or example out there but these two is the most typical one. I assumed. 

Recently i have met an interesting question which is what's the professional certificate for Business Management student. I mean, if you are taking accounting there is a ACCA. IT course there are certificate of a particular system or program. All these are the extra credits you can get out of the course and it is also some certainty to show that you are different among other candidates. 

And because i am taking IBM and i begin to worried and perplex about the road that i have choose. 

The good news is... i got the answer!! and i wanted to share with you guys!!

So... its actually all about the 2P!! which stand for Purpose and Passion! 

In fact, no matter which field you are in now, whether you are taking course like me or you have started your career life, its all about purpose and passion. 

Purpose refers to the needs and wants of you in that specific field. Like i want to be the CEO, CFO, or UFO. haha.. or what you want to get, like knowledge from the course, experience, or paid from a job. 

After you knew what you want and whats you have to achieve. Then plan a strategy in order to make it real. Dream come true! You can't just said to your lecture that  "i will try my best" but how exactly are you trying? You have to work it out seriously. 

With all that, then all you need is Passion. The enthusiasm of your purpose and life. With passion, you will be enjoying and exciting everyday when you attend the classes or when you go to work. This is what leads you to the creativity, higher level of achievement  and with this it will definitely boost up your performance because you like and enjoy what you are doing. 

With this 2P, no matter where you are or do you actually have an extra certificate to show your professional it will work out as what you wanted or wished. With this 2P, even if you are taking finance course and the company throw you to marketing department, it will still works!! 

Some other example that i can think of now is learning musical instrument. I have learned piano since primary school and i stop years later because i am moving to another place. But then now i am taking classes again. I have to study like everyone else and learning instrument especially in piano you need to do a lot of theory exercises but at the same time i have to take care my education at the same time.

I have see a lot of people have stopped taking class because of stress and exam. I believe this happened because they have lost the 2P. If you are enjoy with what you are doing, even if its really stress you will still enjoy the stress and it will turns out into motivation some times. 

And basically i think it works in no matter what you are doing with your life. And when you hold this concept and dream big.. Miracle will happen!! Maybe some times the word dream sounds unrealistic, but with dream it motivates you to become greater and even if its really fail to achieve it, a least you will still becoming better compare to the you without dream.  

Hope i actually make sense in this post! =D 

If you cant figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right into your purpose.

Instagram!!

After i got the new iPad, i finally can enjoy using few top apps which almost everyone are using.

In fact, i feel that it is probably the most interesting apps among all social networks because its more simple and you can always see pictures that others wont post it in FB. "what a stalker phrase!" and i personal feel that it is less exposure and more personal.

Moreover sometimes Facebook contain too much of extra information which probably you doesn't concern at all.

The interesting part is i have no idea why instagram makes me feel like every picture that i post have to be well done as in the color and filter. So, every picture that i post i will make sure it is well done as in the filter or some editing to make the picture looks more cool or meaningful... and ultimately when i look back to my own profile.. its like reviewing a very beautiful album of my life..=P

Moreover, because of wanted to keep instagram being updated, so whenever i see special stuff or scene will immediately capture it down.. And some of my friend who didn't have instagram they will said i am a jerk or something.. But after sometimes and i post the pic, its actually worth taking because only picture can capture the whole story completely. ultimately it is not literally a bad thing to take picture all the time also =)

Degree level 1 final sem

Two more days and i will begin with a new semester again.. i am really excited because its a new beginning where i won't stress with assignments and exam.. However, when i got to know the time table and i was like.. Are you kidding me??

Because i will only have one similar class with my close friends and i only got to meeting them one day in a week.. This is terrible because... we were so close and i really enjoy spending times with them.. T.T

We use to hang out for lunch... and Chili Pan Mee is our favorite!!

Anyway, we should stay positive!! i mean i should.. Perhaps i will meet other awesome people out there?? Who knows?? Didn't have much picture with the guys because they are too shy?? NO!! They are just way too hesitate to take picture! 

At the end of this first semester, i have been through a lot.. A new environment, new friends.. And i am really glad that i met few really amazing lecture!! Thanks to Miss Jessica, without your diligent, i would never gonna achieve the grades that i wanted. And of course MR.ABB, you are not only teaching what we suppose to learned and also give us many story and taught us many other things that really inspire us a lot!! i am so grateful that i can meet you again in degree level!!

Come to think of that, i have done nothing in this one month holidays because i couldn't found a suitable part time job.. So i have been staying at home all the times, practicing piano, some basic house work and thats it!! 

I am really regret but.... before that i am really stress out for the exam, assignments and some family matter.. i think its probably to let my mind just relax and chill so that i can accept the next level of challenge! "Sounds like excuses i know!!"

So here are some sort of checklist? to do list? whatever some stuff that i wish i could improve/achieve in the coming semester.

i. Minimize procrastination and last minute work

ii. Be more hardworking - revision

iii. Join Music and Photograph club

iv. Get more A+

v.  Be nice (inspired by WongFu)

Haha.. its funny when i finish typing it out and most of the point is actually what we always used to said but at the end of the day we still turn out becoming lazy and what not.. But i guess its all about the commitment of our self, do it or not only you yourself will know.. =)

Wong Fu Production

Perhaps most of you already knew what Wong Fu Production is all about but i just knew it like... days ago and now its my biggest addiction!! I admit i am totally outdated =(

Anyway, "The Last" which is the latest video that they produced is the very first video i watch from Wong Fu. Wong Fu Production is a rising independent production company that has been an influential pioneer in utilizing media distribution and creates projects with a positive message. It is founded by Philip Wang, Wesley Chan, Ted Fu which is Taiwanese American and Chinese American. They have been making viral videos since 2003 before the existing of YouTube and now their YouTube channel has more than millions of subscribers in all over the world. 

One of the thing that motivate me to blog the most is they even producing Lee Hom's music video Still in love with you (依然爱你)!!!! This is really crazy for me because Lee Hom is always my number 1 favorite singer among all. Its not just about his handsome out looking and also about his talent in all kind of instrument and he  is also a director in some of his own videos. 

The night after i watched the behind screen of making Lee Hom's video i keep mumbling OMG OMG and i couldn't sleep for the whole night!! The reason is that i have been obsessed with Lee Hom since i am in primary school and now they actually get a chance to work the one that i dream and talk about it for years. Such an big honor for Wong Fu Production thou.

Lee Hom and Wong Fu Production 

Back to Wong Fu, they were actually noted as the Top 30 most influential Asian-Americans under 30 and were interviewed by CNN for being inspiring Asian-Americans achievers. According to my personal opinion this is due to they produced video in a way that is full of humor with a lesson behind it which is really meaningful and we barely see this kind of video in anywhere. They way that they do a lot of their work is that they try to keep things simple especially when they're personal projects.

If you are totally new to them, here is some recommendations from me regarding their videos.

I couldn't recall all but you guys can just checked out the related videos and Wong Fu weekends is about what they did in their weekends. You can click whatever topic that you are interesting with and is really a big effort that they put in because they will keep it updated every Friday. I wish i could recommend some of the funny episode but its just too much... So check it out yourself! =D

Another reason  that i really addicted to them is they are really good in draw out a story in a video which is all well done. Sometimes i might have a really strong idea to share out in my blog but i just didn't know how to draw the picture because write it too detail will make the story too long and bored but if its too short i will be worried that message didn't delivered. 

The last thing i want to talk about Wong Fu for this post is they have a official website which is WonnFuProduction.com. They actually sell several T-shirt for both female and male and i guess its designed by Wes. The main point is :

My 2012 Birthday

Its been really a long time since i ever updated my blog.. Was too busy for assignmentssss and exam... And now finally everything is over so i am back to my virtual world!!

Actually my birthday was on June.. and now is already October.. hahaa.. i am really busy okay..

Since its something has past so long so i wont talk more.. Here is some picture.. 

I got two cakes in total for my 19th birthday.. One is from someone special and i get on one day before my actual birthday.. So we celebrate it on 12am.. its just because of my sis cant stand to eat the cheese cake..

Its blueberry cheese cake and its homemade!! Slurrp!!

 So here is another celebration with family.. it wasn't a really pleasant one anyhow.. due to finding the venue that had to match with everyone... Its really headache and i don't really looking forward for celebrate anymore unless its with a bunch of friends that is more flexible..

Its THE NEW IPAD!! i wasn't really that surprise because i have been requesting it for quite a long time. And don't get me wrong i get this because of fame or because its from APPLE.. I am not that typical ladies ok!! 

I have done an assignment during foundation and its all about iPad 2.. So i have been research all the information such as tech spec, history, functionality, apps, and so on so forth.. The assignment its really really thick and i am proud to announce that lecture said we did the best among all.. (please don't be offended)

Ultimately, i think i deserve one la!! lol

And then day after my birthday... received roses from someone.. and this is where the story continue again..  if you know what i meant.. =)

During that dinner with my family, few of my friend keep texted me and said sorry all those stuff.. Actually is really ok la... because that time they all were busy for their assignment.. So i really didn't blame you guys at all.. And thank you so much for the caring!! The messages makes me feel a lot better for that night.. 

So at the end of the post.. i wish to share out once again this concept... Any celebration is not determined the happiness or successful by looking at the venue or the dramatic scene.. Its about the people who are joining and their altitude.. If they really wishes you the best, the taste of the food or the place isn't important at all.. 

i have many friends they had their birthday party in really good place and taking really nice picture.. but then if you know the story behind... its really unpleasant and sad.. 

So.. Appreciate the one who really treat you the best at the end of the day.. =)
